Exploring insomnia in people living with secondary breast cancer.
People diagnosed with breast cancer often experience poor sleep, or insomnia. However, most of this research has been focused on people living beyond primary breast cancer. This mean’s that we know less about how secondary breast cancer affects people’s sleep.
Researchers at the University of Strathclyde are researching how much people living with secondary breast cancer experience poor sleep or insomnia, and how it impacts them. They hope that this study will inform future research in this area.

You can take part if you’re living with secondary breast cancer and have ever experienced poor sleep after your diagnosis.

This could be used in future research to improve the understanding of and support for secondary breast cancer.
You’ll be asked to complete an anonymous online survey. The survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and you’ll be asked about your experience of sleep and your wellbeing.
Please complete the online survey.
