Updating our ‘When your partner has secondary breast cancer’ booklet

Categories: Loved one | Secondary breast cancer

Review our new booklet for people whose partners have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, and help us ensure that it’s relevant and beneficial.

What’s the project about?

We're currently creating a booklet aimed at partners of people with secondary breast cancer.

Some of the topics covered include diagnosis, how to look after yourself when your partner has been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, and advice on telling and involving family and friends.

We'd love for partners of people with secondary breast cancer to review the booklet so we can ensure our information is as clear and relevant as possible.

Who’s organising it?

Name of project lead: Ellen Millard

Job title: Health Content Editor

Organisation: Breast Cancer Now

Email address: ellen.millard@breastcancernow.org

Who can take part?

You can take part if your partner is living with secondary breast cancer.

If you’re living with secondary breast cancer and your partner would like to be part of this, we’d love to hear from them as well.

Why do you want me to be involved?

We would like you to be involved so that we can shape our new content together and ensure it's as useful and relevant to its target audience as possible.

What will you ask me to do?

We'll send you a digital copy of the PDF booklet to review and include further instructions.

We’ll ask you to read through our booklet and feed back to us. We’d like to know how useful the information is, how easy it is to read, and whether there’s anything that you’d like to change.

How do I get involved?

If you have any questions, or would like to get involved, please email ellen.millard@breastcancernow.org

When’s the deadline?
